Pebbles from Swakopmund

A few months ago I bought these cabachon gemstones in Swakopmund. At the time I was feeling very ambitious, and had even at one stage blogged about the stones that I would get started on 'soon', but with so many ideas streaming in everyday, the little white stone cases were shifted right to the back of my cupboard.

My husband comes home everyday and sits with me in the studio while I pack away my tools for the day. Its my 'show and tell' time, he is always interested in what I have been working on. Luckily for me, he also keeps track of all my ambitious little purchases ; ). So for a long time he kept asking about the stones and when I was going to get started on them.

This past week I finally dug them out and finished off my cabachon rings!

The rings are 9ct yellow gold with a matt finish.
